This course is designed to allow delegates to understand the importance of how correct/incorrect use of their communication skills can influence both situations and people both positively and negatively.
Focusing on the importance of their use of words, tone of voice and non verbal impact, the course would therefore allow delegates to become more sensitive to the communication skills they currently possess and allow them to understand how to maximise such skills both at home and at work
