20|20 Business Management's programme is aimed at addressing team leader and first-line manager development challenges in organisations today. Programmes can consist of up to 20 units, or individual units can be taken on their own to target specific requirements, potentially building into a comprehensive overall programme. Each of the units, or groups of units, can be supported by a challenging one day workshop, and comprise a range of self-study resources to suit different learning styles.
Each unit is accompanied by an application guide, which contains concise and relevant management theories, short case studies, practical advice, check lists and actions plans. This provides a foundation from which the delegate can develop their skills and confidence as a team leader – applying each lesson to increase learning and deliver early returns within their teams.
Workshops introduce key management ideas and theories from logically grouped study units and also encourage inter-departmental collaboration and action planning. It provides a valuable opportunity to discuss how new concepts can be applied in the workplace.

Overview Programmes are designed around the needs of the organisation, using a blended learning approach to meet individual and organisational learning objectives in a flexible way.
For those wishing to pursue a Certificate in Team Leading, an accreditation option is available. Alternatively the materials can be used to support ILM, CMI and other management vocational qualifications at levels 3, and 4.
